3/4 oz. POM Blueberry 100% juice
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. honey syrup (Mix two parts honey with one part hot water and stir. Cool.)
Mint sprig for garnish
Shake all the ingredients well with ice and serve this pomegranate cocktail recipe over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
