In small saucepan, add the potatoes and enough water to cover them; bring to a boil. Cook just until the potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, chickpeas, onion, chaat masala, lemon juice, cumin, salt, red pepper, and POM Arils; toss to mix well. Add to a serving dish and garnish with fresh mint. Serve with naan and yogurt, if desired.
