Preparation

  1. In small saucepan, add the potatoes and enough water to cover them; bring to a boil. Cook just until the potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, chickpeas, onion, chaat masala, lemon juice, cumin, salt, red pepper, and POM Arils; toss to mix well. Add to a serving dish and garnish with fresh mint. Serve with naan and yogurt, if desired.

  • 1 cup small new potatoes, quartered
  • 2 15.5-oz. cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ red onion, slivered
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Wonderful Seedless Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ cup POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
  • Naan, for serving
  • Plain Greek yogurt, for serving
