Sparkling Pomegranate Kombucha Granita

Preparation

  1. Peel ginger and roughly cut into chunks.
  2. Add cut ginger, POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, and honey to blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pass through mesh strainer to remove any residual ginger pulp.
  4. Stir in kombucha.
  5. Transfer mixture to a wide container and place in freezer.
  6. Scrape every 60 minutes until mixture forms into ice crystals. Process should take 2 to 4 hours.

  • 1 piece ginger (approximately 2 inches)
  • 4 cups POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ cup raw honey (optional)
  • 2 cups kombucha

Garnish:

  • 1 cup POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils
