Preparation

  1. Combine POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, lemon juice, cane syrup, and bitters in a shaker, and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
