The pomegranate gimlet is an easy recipe that everyone will enjoy. With POM Wonderful's pomegranate juice, the POM Gimlet is a cocktail worth trying.
Prepare fresh pomegranate juice, if necessary.* Assemble all the ingredients except the lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. *To prepare fresh pomegranate juice, cut it in half (as you would a grapefruit) and juice using a citrus reamer or a juicer. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. One large POM Wonderful Pomegranate will produce about 1/2 cup of juice.
*To prepare fresh pomegranate juice, cut 2–3 large POM Wonderful Pomegranates in half and juice them with a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. Set the juice aside.
