Preparation

For the Flower Ice Cube: Fill a flower-shaped ice cube tray with water, add edible flowers, and freeze overnight.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice and shake well.
Strain into a glass over flower ice cube.
