POM Wonderful’s 'Wild As Pomegranate' (WAP) cocktail features mezcal, pomegranate juice, and cold brew coffee. This cocktail is a unique and delicious drink for all!

Preparation

Chill a coupe glass with ice and water. Shake all ingredients aggressively with ice in a cocktail shaker. Dump the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the cocktail into the coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh basil. Be sure to smack your basil to release herb oils into your cocktail.

1½ oz. Mezcal
¾ oz. Cold Brew Coffee
¾ oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Basil Simple Syrup
