Add the agave nectar and 3 lime wedges to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Fill the cocktail shaker to the brim with ice cubes. Add the mezcal and POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice and shake.
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and twist in chili salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes, strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, and top with seltzer.
