Cinnamon Pomegranate Tequila Sour

Preparation

  1. Add cinnamon syrup, POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, lemon juice, tequila, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Double-strain into a coupe glass. Sift ground cinnamon on top.

Brown sugar cinnamon syrup:

  1. Add brown sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer until sugar dissolves.
  2. Let cool, strain out the cinnamon sticks, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. brown sugar cinnamon syrup
  • 1 oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. blanco tequila of choice
  • 1 egg white
  • Sifted ground cinnamon for garnish

Brown sugar cinnamon syrup:

  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
