POM Pomegranate-Rosemary Shrub Mocktail

Preparation

In a mason jar or other resealable jar, combine the first four ingredients. Seal, shake well and rest in the refrigerator for at least two days. To serve, fill two glasses with ice. Pouring through a strainer, fill half of each glass with pomegranate-vinegar mixture. Top with sparkling water to taste. Garnish with POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 10 whole black peppercorns or ¼ tsp crushed/ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, slightly bruised
  • Sparkling water

Garnish:

  • POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
