The Lola is a simple yet classy cocktail that features pomegranate juice, vodka, & champagne. POM Wonderful's Lola is a must try cocktail.
Prepare fresh pomegranate juice, if necessary.* Stir all the ingredients over ice to chilled, and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a food-grade rose petal or other edible flower if roses are not available. Serve and enjoy!
*To prepare fresh pomegranate juice, cut 2–3 large POM Wonderful Pomegranates in half and juice them with a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. Set the juice aside.
