Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh ginger. Add tuna and toss to coat. Cover mixture tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
  2. In a large bowl or two small bowls, place rice, marinated tuna mixture, POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils, pineapple, edamame, ginger, pickled onion, and shredded carrots. Serve immediately.

  • ½ cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • ½ pound (8 oz.) sushi-grade tuna, diced into ¼" pieces
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice (short-grain rice)
  • ½ cup POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils
  • ¼ cup chopped ripe pineapple
  • ¼ cup cooked & shelled edamame
  • ¼ cup pickled ginger
  • ¼ cup pickled onion
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
