In a small bowl, whisk together POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh ginger. Add tuna and toss to coat. Cover mixture tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
In a large bowl or two small bowls, place rice, marinated tuna mixture, POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils, pineapple, edamame, ginger, pickled onion, and shredded carrots. Serve immediately.
